Yes there was a bug. I believe it was fixed in PSM. One option might be to
go find a version of PSM that still works with Communicator and see if that
fixes your problem.

Hmm. Sounds like the UI isn't hooked up for this case.
Javi, are we filtering doing backup's from tokens, and if so how are we
filtering it?
