That should work fine for the cert DB. And as a side effect, using 4.7x
(or anything after 4.07) on those DBs will upgrade the CA certs, adding
new certs to supplement the old CA certs that expired on 1/1/2000.
Can't hurt to try. (Save the old original 4.03 DBs though, just in case).
