Backward compatibility testing has finished, results are in

pk12util compatibility tests were not done, they had to be run manually on NSS 3.2. If
anyone thinks they are needed please let me know as soon as possible.
The failures on charm (HPUX 11, 64 bit) are machine / lab related, the tests passed on
hp64 (HPUX 11, 64 bit). We are down to one usable machine in the directory lab.
