So I believe I've nailed down all the problems that were affecting the
Linux builds.

For now, use the PSM2_NSS_CLIENT_TAG_20010410 as your version of
NSS when building PSM 2.0

So for those of you building PSM 2.0 on Linux, for now do the following
to get the correct source:

cvs co -r PSM2_NSS_CLIENT_TAG_20010410 mozilla/security/coreconf
mozilla/security/nss
cvs co -A mozilla/security/manager

This version of NSS in conjunction with the mozilla/security/manager on
the trunk will correctly find the NSPR header files under
dist/include/nspr and the dbm header files in dist/include

We hope to clean up any lingering problems on Windows by tomorrow
morning.
