Build Instructions for NSS 3.2

Hi,

I have downloaded the source for NSS 3.2 (as tarball) and have been working
with it for while. Now I need to re-build it, and have looked for the build
instructions again. Unfortunately these have been replaced by the
instruction for NSS 3.2.1, which have been simplified, and I can not find
the old ones anywhere. I wonder if you could re-post them somewhere again.
