no jss3 in java.library.path

Ok I have LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to:
mozilla/dist/Linux2.4_x86_glibc_PTH_DBG.OBJ/lib

I have nss 3.2.1 and jss 3.0 built on Redhat 7.  What am I missing?  I
can't find a file named jss3.so anywhere, I do find a link named
libjss3.so in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH directory but the file doesn't appear
to exist anywhere.  It is linked to mozilla/security/jss/lib but there
is no .so file in that directory.
