NS 7.0 erro codes

Is there anywhere Netscape 7.0 error codes can be looked up?

I got an "Error establishing an encrypted connection to <virtual
hostname>. Error Code: -12204."  While trying to establish an SSL
session with a web server.

Any ideas?
