Ok, according to the Netscape developer assigned to this bug it clearly 
isn't. Is there anybody out there with a stable PKCS#11 module who could do 
some additional testing? I would have assumed that our PKCS#11 is at fault, 
or the server settings, if it wasn't for the other browsers having no 
problems and PKCS#12 software tokens in Mozilla experiencing the same 
problems.

It's an easy setup: setup web server with client authentication SSL and 
connect to it with a PKCS#11 security module installed (or with a PKCS#12).
