If your smartcard is a muscle card, then you can get the Windows PKCS #11 driver at:

http://www.musclecard.com/musclecard/index.html

Click on 'Software'
Click on 'MuscleCard'

pkcs #11 source and driver (windows/2000, will probably run on older versions of
windows if the smart card interface is installed).

You will also need a PC/SC driver for your reader. It should have come with your
reader when you acquired it. Most vendors publish their PC/SC drivers on their
web-sites.

Windows does not need the Muscle PC/SC layer because it's built into the OS.
