AFAIK, there is not yet any release schedule for NSS 3.10. That could change as early as next week, but I doubt it will.

What is the release schedule for Firefox 1.0 ?
Ben Goodger posted on the mozillazine forums last month (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=94779) that they are targetting September 14th. Of course it will probably be a week or two after that. But still I'm hoping for an early Sept 10 release, it'd be a great birthday present. :D
