Well, holy moley! I just discovered that SUNWtls comes with the cert7-style pk12util in /usr/sfw/bin, but SUNWwbsvr comes with /opt/SUNWwbsvr/bin/https/admin/bin/pk12util which works fine on cert8-style data. It doesn't want to resolve its libraries though... I have to run it with 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/mps/secv1 pk12util bla bla' Maybe that's been fixed in a patch I haven't applied yet... I noticed your name on a bugzilla report to this effect. So all that time trying to fiddle with certs and keys for the JES directory server could have been avoided if I had just installed the Web Server, too! Bleh. Well, I seem to be up and rolling, finally. Thanks for all the help!
