It is not an NSS or NSPR error code. It looks like a Microsoft style error
code, e.g. 0x80nn0xxx but I cannot find it in my MS header files, nor on
the msdn web site. I also searched lxr.mozilla.org for that string and
various substrings without results.
If you know where it is defined, please post a reference. Thanks.
