You should use NSS_3_9_5_RTM, the latest NSS 3.9.x patch release.
We will announce NSS_3_10_RTM very soon. The cvs tag has already
been created. So I recommend you use NSS_3_10_RTM if you don't
need to stay with the NSS 3.9.x series.
