There's something quite abnormal that generateCRMFRequest is implemented
in Mozilla, but that a comprehensive documentation for it can only be
found in CMS (Certificate Management System or now Red Hat Certificate
System).
In fact it's possible to dig out a good description from a document
inside a very old release of PSM.
It would be good for RedHat to contribute the complete doc somewhere on
developer.mozilla.org.
