Unfortunately, the code to build the directory SDK with SSL hooks has
not yet landed on mozilla.org. The hope is that that will happen in
the not too distant future, however, because we're going to need it in
order to support LDAP-over-SSL in Mozilla (which will probably be a
post Mozilla 1.0 feature).
