So how to get it work now: 1) For OpenLdap use Schema V 0.6 (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=104858&action=view) and un-comment the section "un-comment for all LDAP server NOT supporting SYNTAX 2.16.840.1.113730.3.7.1" in the schema file
2) Patch 'nsAbLDAPProperties.cpp' with Patch V0.7 (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=105027&action=view) or Patch V0.7a (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=112305&action=view) in Bug 157925.
