For a project I need to find and research methodes of storing server configurations (like DNS, DHCP and Webserver settings) in a database or equivelant. From these methodes one must be chosen for implementation.
The only technique (next to wrinting custom applications with a database) seems directory services using LDAP/NDS. Can anyone give me more names of techniques that can manage server configuration?
