You may wish to point out to people the difference between free (gratis)
and free (libre) in your section on freedom. A good URL is
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html
Your H3 and H4 aren't that different - is there any chance if
differentiating them more? It's a bit confusing at the moment.
I would say that changing columns in Bugzilla isn't important enough to
include, personally. It bloats the document more than it enlightens.
You may want to revise the newsgroup section after the Great Renaming :-)
