For the most part. What kind of user guide do you have in mind? Have
you looked at the content in the Help Viewer (in the Menubar, Help
Menu|Help Contents)? These documents could sure use replacing or
updating to make them Mozilla instead of Netscape (Netscape donated it's
help viewer and content. It is my hope to see someone pick that up as a
starting point and move forward Mozillifying it).
