Why don't you document testing, bug reporting, and triaging? I feel there needs to be some documentation in that area. Take a look at current documentation on www.mozilla.org, and bugzilla.mozilla.org, and write some additional documentation. You might want to talk to Asa on #mozillazine at irc.mozilla.org in order to find out what is really in need.
