Hi, Bamm:

fantasai and I had been arguing this for a while; she argued in favour of
purely structural mark-up while I argued in favour of a mixture of
structural and physical mark-up.  Her comment here, which you've
re-iterated, makes an awful lot of sense, <embarrassment>and I feel rather
like a putz for not having thought of it earlier.</embarrassment>
