On 23 Jul 2002, it is alleged that Brant Langer Gurganus sauntered in to
netscape.public.mozilla.documentation and loudly proclaimed:

Y'know, given Novell's attitude towards spam, I don't know whether to laugh
or to cry. Just don't tell me that yahoo.com, msn.com, hotmail.com, or any
of the umpteen different services that are used either directly or
indirectly for spamming purposes /aren't/ being filtred out, 'k?

Oh, well; at least now I know.
