Okay, I've downloaded a bunch of stuff from mozilla.org and m.z.o, including source code to Bugzilla (mainly to figure out how m.o connects Perl to MySQL). I've also asked my publisher to send me a couple books on CGI, Perl, and MySQL, and especially one on making MySQL and Perl talk to each other. Once I figure out how to make phpdev4 and 5 beta3 (www.firepages.com.au ) work for me in this way, I'll be hacking together some Perl code for some of the docs tools we need.
I'm also dumping pretty much everything we have on writing documentation (yes, that includes the templates) to floppy for work @ home. Mainly so I can keep working on it and start putting out files again. I'm also downloading a few key threads (Mitchell Baker in particular), to make sure that I'm not missing anything major. I might even take over John Keiser's Gecko Document Map. :-)
