I think Ian, Steve, & Asa all read this NG

    * Since a possible future move for the Mozilla Suite is to make each
part individually installable, should I try to separate things
along product lines so that it will be ready when the time comes?
In addition, could it even be possible to create separate packages
which composite together in Contents, Index, etc? I think this
would be possible with some tweaking.
It may be helpful to think about if we should do this and how. But don't waste your time trying to do it now.

    * Given that Mozilla is more of a developer-centered product, how
user-centered does the Help need to be and should things like
Chatzilla, DOM Inspector, etc. be included?
I am all for end user documentation, the lack of which is causing overwhelming amount of user questions in developer forums and is hurting the developer community.

The help files should matches the quality of any commercial package. Except for js debugger, DOM inspector, etc., all components should have help files that are truely helpful. But since we are stealing Netscape's work anyway, I guess we can rest assured that the quality will improve somehow.
