Yes - it should be fixed.

Yes - firstly, it would be good if there were smoketests being done daily.
It wasn't a decision that they should stop, it's just a lack of anyone
with the time to do them.  Also, the smoketests are still used quite often
by various people - just not on a co-ordinated basis as they were.

That note would be better off on the linking page, IMO. And probably in a
positive way - rather than "nobody is doing these daily", it should be "we
need help so these get done daily"
