I had discussions with several people at DevDay about the need for a 
well managed component repository for XUL apps.  I'm thinking along the 
lines of something like PEAR for PHP and CPAN for Perl, but containing 
reusable XBL widgets and XUL/XPCOM specific JavaScript classes.  Is this 
something that DevMo should encompass?
