I tried posting this to netscape.public.mozilla.editor but I'm having some problems accessing it, so hopefully this isn't a bad place to send my question...
I've recently installed Mozilla 0.9.9 for several people I know. Each of whom said that it had to have a spell checker or they wouldn't switch to it. I don't use Mozilla for my mail, but I noticed in the Help documentation instructions for using the spell checker and concluded that Mozilla did indeed have a spell checker. Now that these people are using it, it does not appear to have one. From what I've read there is supposed to be an option on the Edit menu and also a button on a toolbar somewhere, neither of which are there. I've checked other menus and other tool bars, but it's just not there. Did spell check get pulled out? Are there plans to put it back in when 1.0 is released? There seem to be bugs in Bugzilla related to spell check so someone is working on it right? Thanks for your help. -Troy Johnson
