Preview not showing TITLE tags?

The menu item "View|preview" and the tab "\_Preview_/ Display as WYSIWYG 
(as in Navigator)" seems to have a problem: it doesn't pop up TITLE tags 
for images.
Just a monir thing, but I thought I'd ask if anyone else sees this.

Im using v1.4rc1.
