Can Mozilla use active FTP for uploading?

Hi,

At one of our clients we've installed Mozilla composer so they can make 
simple changes to the site themselves.
A few weeks ago they've changed to a bigger webhosting, that, 
unfortunately does not support passive-ftp transfers. :(

Is it possible to change this in Mozilla?  To make it use active 
transfers so that they can upload their site again? :)
