it is not a problem, it is always better to create user.js file for such 
 custom preferences, they will automatically be imported to prefs.js 
once you start the browser, however, they still will not be shown on 
about:config page.

Whoever originally wrote about:config decided that prefs beginning with 
"capability." should not be shown, so I stuck with it, although I have 
no idea why.
