when you right click, that item gets the focus, and I'm pretty sure that
ender can handle that internally. I mean, we have to handle that already
for Nav6 without anything special...
Keep in mind we're already using the same mechanism for implementing
nsIClipboardCommands that we use from JS in Nav6: sending a command to
Ender and having it do all the work. There shouldn't have to be any
special code focus or selection code on our side of the command dispatcher.
