transaction manager

I just removed a printf in nsEditor.cpp that was complaining about not 
being able to find the transaction manager (after a failed getservice()) 
because it was noisy in the embedding builds.

Now I'm wondering what we're losing if we don't have the transaction 
manager? Anyone know?
