Such a thing doesn't exist (yet). Simon Fraser has most of the Editor 
embedding layer stuff in his head, but, AFAIK, it doesn't extend into a 
widget set (he's produced/envisioned things at the nsI* interface 
level). visit http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding and look for the 
editor embedding link.
