Comer,
    You can look at embedded Mozilla as a component in full Mozilla. 
However, the lines distinguishing the two are not black and white. For 
example, due to many code level dependencies, one cannot currently exist 
without the other. So, at that level it's not a true component. However, 
Embedded Mozilla is a subset of "full" Mozilla. Notice that to build 
Embedded Mozilla, you actually build *all* of Mozilla, then just copy 
out the pieces you need. Our current manifest file system illustrates 
this

We are actively working on a cleaner separation of the two. That effort 
is largely represented in the following bugs.
