Have you been restarting your builds from the beginning (i.e. throwing 
away the ". Mozilla debug progress" file) or just re-running the 
BuildMozillaDebug.pl script?

It kind of looks like you have restarted the build in the middle... 
Anytime you re-pull the tree, you should make certain that you are 
building the entire project, not continuing a previously started build.
