I'm trying to fix this webclient bug
<http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156712>, Webclient can't do
File->New Window on Unix and I'm really stuck.

The current webclient architecture has one native thread used for
running an event loop for processing browser events. This thread is
called from Java during the lifetime of the application. When I create
a new window, I just keep this one thread and it services events for
both windows.

This works fine on Win32, but when I try the open a new top level
webclient window on GNU/Linux one of two things happen:

1. I get an Xlib error about async threads

or

2. The new window comes up. I see status messages indicating that the
page is loading, but the content never appears in the client area. The
client area of the window just remains grey.

Can someone please help me with this bug?

Thanks,

Ed
