When you register the files as installed chrome the right popup comes the first time. That is enough for me, but I want to know anyway what goes wrong, when you just load a file.
But well, that's peanuts.

But what do you mean by registering files as installed chrome ? Is there a simple way to register an embedded distribution folder ?
