Hi Alex,
I was just 3 days old in the mozilla world when I asked you that
question, I did some homework and figured out about XUL and other stuff. I
made lot of sense to me. Impressed with it I have decided to take XUL path
for the development, that means I would be using gecko directly.

Also, one thing that I found missing in Mozilla is live resizing (It's
available for images tag only)
