Most of it is pretty good, but I think the STATE_IS_WINDOW is still a bit unclear to me when I'm trying to relate it to the document and network states. Exactly what would it be useful for?
Nothing. We couldn't quite remove it because too many people were depending on the interface as it was. So we settled for documenting what the behavior is.
