The interface is at http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/docshell/base/nsIWebNavigationInfo.idl and I would very much appreciate feedback from embeddors on it (since this is primarily designed to be an interface for embeddors to query the capabilities of a Gecko instance).
