DotNETEmbed

There is embedding/wrappers/Makefile, not Makefile.in.  Rename Makefile to Makefile.in.  Got:

any idea?  What I really need is DotNETEmbed.dll to test an idea.  So respond with DotNETEmbed.dll attached is also very appreciated.
