Win32 download size

I just finished downloading last night's Win32 talkback build.
Took 1 hour, 37 minutes on my pathetic 28.8 dialup connection.

Jeez! :-(

Can I expect this to get worse instead of better? And please don't tell
me to download installer.zip instead. It sucks.
