E-Mail interface

I have configured E-Mail interface for the bugzilla. It is receving the
E-Mails and are being processed by the Bug_email.pl (because when i
send a E-Mail from the account which is not in users list of the
Bugzilla is return the mail with message "PERMISSION DEINIED". But if
we try to enter the bug with valid user name then it neither logs the
message nor it sends back the other messages.

Please help me to solve this problem.
