In 4.7.6 just placing mouse pointer over the: <A
HREF="http:/fmf/wwwpages/fmf_models.html">
appears as :http://vhdl.org/fmf/wwwpages/fmf_models.html window at the
bottom having the: Lock icon, offline Icon, and the Floating component Bar.
