So I checked in everything but the actual commenting out of
nsCString::GetBuffer.
I've asked syd to see what work needs to be done on the Netscape
commercial tree, and land those changes ASAP.
I'm planning on landing the commenting out this weekend, if I get the
go-ahead from syd.
