"the cathedral and the bazaar" (i.e. the speech/article from when? '97,
or something?) can be credited as having inspired the decision to
release the netscape code (wasn't it even mentioned in the press
release?? i can't find it at the moment..).. it was later (o'reilly
1999) released together with other articles by esr in the aforementioned
book..
