Hi Gabriel,
if you want to use Mozilla, and not one of its derivatives (Galeon,
Skipstone, etc), you can use the installer to install only the
components that you need. However I do not know whether there is an
installer build available for DEC. Your only other choice is to compile
it yourself with only what you want, but from your message I would say
this is not possible.
If those solutions don't work for you, the only other solution is to use
a derivative product.
