problem on eBayISAPL.dll

I am using  Mozilla 0.9 5-13 built. Each time I go eBay (www.ebay.com)
then go "my eBay" section, and the browser request to download a
eBayISAPL.dll file.

Anybody has the same experience? How to solve? Thanks.
