If you mean Flash, then download flash plugin from http://www.flash.com.
gunzip, untar compressed file. It should create a directory for you. Move
into the directory and copy all files from that directory into
$MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME/plugins. Run your mozilla and flash should be
enabled.
