Another option that I use is to create a shortcut, then right-click on it and it the 

properties window, in the target field, type

"C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Nightly\bin\mozilla.exe" -console
if you want just the console. You can use
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Nightly\bin\mozilla.exe" -console -help
if you want the help displayed in the console.
